Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please send in payment with your descripted order on to our Head Office at Union Mill FAO our sales department with a contact telephone number and once your order is received we will contact you to confirm receipt and supply you with a despatch date.

Shipping And Handling
Once an order is received, we will endeavor to despatch your product within 2 working days (subject to stock availability). Should there be any undue delay in forwarding your goods, we will contact yourself to confirm due delivery date.
Orders containing several items will not normally be part-shipped if the whole order cannot be fulfilled. If this is the case, we will contact you to offer additional delivery options.
Delivery Schedule
Ordinarily, we will despatch your order immediately (subject to stock availability) and will notify you of any delay.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.
For orders made from with the EU, a vat registered number is required to exempt you from vat.
For orders made outside the EU you may be subject to your own customs and excise regulations.
